Competitive dance is not ideal for every dancer that starts their Irish Dance Journey. As teachers we want to inspire our pupils to be the best that they can be. Sometimes that is champions in life and not necessarily on the dance floor.
The various resources and systems we have created will allow the most passionate teacher help motivate all of their pupils to set bitesize and achievable goals. Some dancers are more motivated by light shoe dancing and some by hard shoe. Our systems separate the two so that dancers and teachers can focus on each separately.

Irish Dance Merit Badges
Our dance merit badges are great to help encourage pupils with micro awards. An award for something simple like a jump two three can make a massive impact in a young dancer’s journey. You can follow our system or create your own in-house system using our awards.
We have teamed up with ADCRG from a range of different Irish Dance and non Irish Dance (for contemporary awards) Associations. Pupils will be able to be awarded via digital video format
Teachers who support Irish Dance for all Support other underprivileged dancers.
Any teacher can purchase award packs. We will give like for like to underprivileged groups.
E.G. If you buy a pack of medals a pack of medals will be sponsored to an underprivileged group or project.
